October 2012 Photos

October found us back home. We were both on hospital wards that month, Aaron at one hospital, working with adult patients, and me at another, taking care of kiddos. We worked some long hours that month, but enjoyed our rotations a lot in spite of the time commitment. We celebrated my 25th birthday and Halloween (more on those soon). We frequented the pumpkin patch near our house, where Julia enjoyed the playhouses and ponies. We went to our alma mater's homecoming football game with my parents. It was a great month. October always is. Not that I'm biased or anything.

Sometimes in life, you just need someone to give you a lift.

We had a scholarship reception at our school, and Julia had a formal name tag, which was a first for her, I think. She looked pretty in her formal dress and huge (for her) name tag! :-)

Bathroom photo shoot! Yes, we're crazy like that. (And notice Aaron's smooth face? He just shaved off his beard one morning on a whim! Really surprised me!)

We're good at matching pajama tops and bottoms, huh?

Julia loves when Daddy pushes her around in boxes!

Playing in the backyard after work!

This tiny eggplant was from Erik's garden...

Julia thought it was cute and played with it in the dollhouse at my parents' house.

Fun at the pumpkin patch near our house.

I think they might be related! :-) (In other news, Julia LOVED this kettle corn)

Go TU!
